Who Can Apply for Same Day Visa Appointment

ame Day Visa Service is a fast track immigration application process available to certain types of applicants for which increased fees are payable. We provide a full service and support to clients at the Public Enquiry Office ('PEO'), including our attendance at the biometrics appointment.

The following types of applications can be processed at the PEO:

• Tier 1 (General) of the Points-Based System;
• Tier 2 (General) of the Points-Based System;
• Tier 4 of the Points-Based System;
• Tier 5 of the Points-Based System;
• Settlement - Indefinite Leave to Remain applications;
• Extension of stay - Further leave to remain FLR(O) and FLR(M);
• Transfer of a residence permit using NTL application form.
