If there is any aspect of our service/advice, which you are not satisfied with, you can raise the matter with us first and we will deal with your complaint/concerns within 14 of the date of receiving them. We will investigate and consider your complaint in full as soon as possible, but should we need to do so for a period exceeding 14 days, we will write to you within 14 days and complete our internal complaint procedure, within a maximum of 28 days.
We will then notify you in writing about the outcome of your complaint to us and then if you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint by us, you can raise it and write to the Legal Ombudsman, PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ, or contact it by phone on 0300 555 0333, or by writing to its email address, enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk, or by completing a form at its website at ‘Contact Us | Legal Ombudsman’ within six months of our final response to you about your complaint.
You can also complain about the conduct of our solicitors, involving for example allegations of dishonesty or discrimination, by contacting the Solicitors Regulation Authority at SRA | Reporting an individual or firm | Solicitors Regulation Authority, or by phone on 0370 606 2555.
