How We Can Help with Judicial Reviews

A
t Igor & Co we have a team of experienced solicitors who will be able to help you challenge a decision of the Home Office or the Entry Clearance Officer in immigration or a British citizenship matter. We also have expertise in advising clients on matters arising under the EEA Regulations and the Citizens’ Directive (the Free Movement Directive 2004/38/EC) and could help you qualify for a right of Permanent residence or a right of stay in the UK as a family member or an extended family member of an EEA citizen.

We will charge you reasonable fees, or in some cases discounted fees, for advising in such matters and you can send us details of your case to Igor Komusanac, and we will tell you whether you have a realistic prospect of success with your case.

There are strict limits in place for bringing a claim for judicial review. Any case must be brought promptly and within three months of the decision being challenged. Judicial review is a remedy of last resort and should be pursued only if the claimant can show that they have exhausted all alternative remedies before bringing a claim for permission. We can also explore and explain to you any alternative remedies that you might be available to you.
